Buying and using WTW
Ordering Whiter Than White products is simple, it's the same standard process when buying from any online store...
- Find what you'd like to order from our products section
- Choose the relevent options such as strong or sensitive tooth whitening gel, upper of lower, colour or quantity etc
- Click on "Add to Shopping Basket"
- You'll be taken to the shopping basket to view what your ordering with options of updating or removing any items, the subtotal, a currency converter if needed and the option to "Continue Shopping" or to "Proceed to Checkout".
- When you are finished shopping click on "Proceed to Checkout" where you'll be asked whether you are a returning or new customer.
Returning customers will be asked to login, if you've forgotten your password then we will email it to you straight away.
New customers are then asked to register for security reasons with their name, email address and a memorable password. Please note that we only use you email addresss to confirm your order we do not send unsolicitated emails.
- The next screen will then ask you for your address and the delivery address, if different, as well as who the product is for if your buying a two step kit.
- You will then be asked to confirm your order by checking the details are all correct and agreeing to the terms and conditions of use.
- To complete your order you must click on " Place Your Order"
- All you need to do then is fill in your card details. Please note that if your card has no start date then you must make one up in the start date box. The amount at the bottom of your card details is the exact amount we will charge your card, there are no hidden extra costs.
Payment is handled on-site by Secpay, a respected international payment-handling agency, who will deal securely with your credit card payment. We are also a Thawte registered site.
Your order is tracked all the way by Whiter Than White and as soon as payment has been made by you, our technicians will prepare your order. This will be posted to UK customers by first class post and they should receive it within a couple of days. Overseas you can expect delivery within seven to ten days. We'll keep in touch by email, so you know how your order is going. Postage is free in the UK for our two step and one step teeth whitening kits.
