How long will it take for me to receive my tooth whitening trays?
We aim to send you your tooth whitening trays within 48 hours of receiving the impression of your teeth. Please allow at the very least a week after posting your impression to us before contacting us to ask about your order as Royal Mail can sometimes be slow returning your impression to us via our freepost address.
All orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class, orders over £15 are sent via registered post and therefore need to be signed for at the delivery address. If there is no one in when the delivery is made your order will be sent to your local sorting office for collection and kept there for seven days.
