How much tooth whitening gel should I use in the tray?

Each syringe of carbamide peroxide contains 3 ml/cc of dental whitening gel. Thats two and a half times the amount of most other whitening gels such as Nite White or Opalescence which come in 1.2 ml/cc.

Only a small amount of tooth whitening gel is needed for effective whitening, if the gel overspills the tray onto your gums then you are using too much.

There are lines on the side of the syringes for you to use as a guide.
