What happens if I've done my impression wrong?
If you think your impression is wrong send it back to us in the freepost envelope.
Our technicians can do alot with what you may believe is a bad impression, particularly if they know the length of your front teeth (top and bottom). If you think this information will help our technicians then make a note of it and send it to us with the impression.
If you then get your whitening trays and they do not fit then contact us and we will send you another impression kit.
If you have the one step kit and and your thermoform trays have gone wrong and do not fit then we unfortunately cannot help. Make sure you follow the instructions carefully, you will be given three thermoform trays so that you can learn from the first try.
