What happens if I've done my impression wrong?

If you think your impression is unsuitable in order for us to produce bespoke whitening trays, please email (mail@whiterthanwhite.com) or freephone 0800 2941300 describing the problem you've encountered when taking the impression. Our dental technician will decide on either you sending the impression in the freepost envelope or getting you to repeat the process again, if so we will send you more impression material.

Our technicians can do alot with what you may believe is a bad impression, particularly if they know the length of your front upper and lower teeth. If you think you've not taken a good enough impression, please provide the measurements of your teeth and send it to us with the impression, the technicians will take these measurements into consideration when producing your bespoke teeth whitening trays.

If you then get your whitening trays and they do not fit then contact us and we will send you another impression kit.

If you have the one step kit and and your thermoform trays have gone wrong and do not fit then we unfortunately cannot help. Make sure you follow the instructions carefully, you will be given three thermoform trays so that you can learn from the first try.
