Will my teeth be stained more easily once I have whitened them?
Your teeth do become more porous during the teeth whitening treatment.
Red wine, tea, coffee, smoking, soy sauce and other darkly coloured food and drink are the main tooth-staining culprits after you've bleached your teeth. Giving your teeth a good brush afterwards will often help, but you should avoid these products during the tooth whitening process, for at least an hour after each treatment, and for 48 hours after you have finished.
