Squeeze out a small amount of Medik8 Step 1 cleanser into the palm of your hand and work up a lather using warm water; before applying to your face. Use the Medik8 'Heavy Sponge' to clean and lightly exfoliate the skin. Then rinse with clean cold water.
Use in conjunction with Medik8 Hydr8 (25 SPF) daily moisturiser.
