All our products and high value items are sent via ROYAL MAIL , first class, signed for, registered mail throughout the UK.  All deliveries usually have an approximate delivery time of 24 - 48 hours of a working week.  Delivery charges are clearly shown at checkout.

We aim to despatch all orders received before 2pm, Monday to Friday out on the same day.

All Western Europe deliveries are sent via ROYAL MAIL, International, Airmail, signed for registered mail with an approximate delivery time of 3 - 7 working days. Unfortunately, were unable to despatch to a P.O. Box as a signature is required.

Please allow for public holidays due to no collections or deliveries.

Please note - if Royal Mail are unable to deliver to the recipient a 'while you were out' card is posted through your letterbox. The item is then held within your local Royal Mail/local mailing depot where you have 2 weeks from the date on the card to collect.  If not collected within 2 weeks it is returned to us at our cost.  Unfortunately, we will then need to charge you for redelivery.
