The moulds for my dental trays arrived fast, the next day in fact so I was very pleased, I then sent my impressions back on the same day which was a tueday, so i expected my dental trays back that week, as the website stated about the fast delivery ect unfortunately I received nothing back that week. I emailed to query and whiter than white were very fast at emailing back, they said that the impressions hadnt been received and blamed royal mail, all in all it took 8days until they actual received my impressions, (royal mails fault or not I really dont know) then within a day of them being received by whiter than white, they emailed to notify me that the trays were in the post for me which i received the following day :) in total it took 11days, so was a little longer than i expect from what i'd read on the website. The trays themself are fine and fit my teeth well, although there a bit more flimsy than I expected. All in all communication was very good, receiving the actual trays was alot slower than expected and the trays are average but i guess you get what you pay for as they would be alot more expensive from the dentist!

As I have been suffering from leukaemia for nearly 5 years, the treatment had turned my teeth yellow. The medical staff said this was down the the chemotherapy, mirth infections and the various mouthwash products I had to use. This seriously affected my confidence so I tried WTW refill syringes gel as I already have the gum shield profile of the teeth. This is my 5 th application and already I am noticing a difference. I hope I will see a huge improvement in a few weeks. So far...so good WTW. Thank you

I ordered the £100 version at the end of December and finally received the second part today (Feb 18th) due issues out of WTW hands. Firstly I requested a small impression plate because I have a small mouth and they sent medium. I sent an email requesting for a small tray which they replied to promptly and sent a new tray out. Secondly, I screwed up my impression because it's very difficult if you have a weak gag reflex like myself. Again, they promptly sent a new moulding kit out to me. After correctly using the moulding kit and sending it back, within a week I received an email confirming they'd sent my second part out to my work place. I'd not heard anything for 2/3 weeks and decided to investigate. Turns out the package had been signed for and subsequently lost. Royal mail had posted my package to the wrong address, which I am now querying to get my money back. After discussing this to a lovely lady on the end of the phone she resent my trays and gels out for a discounted price due to my previous issues. Finally I have my product and HAD to try it out. I only had the gels on for 2 hours or so and I can see an immediate effect. Thank you very much to the people at WTW, they have been very patient and kind to me :)

I brought the tooth whitening kit last year from this site and wish I'd done it sooner. The service was quick, the instructions were simple to follow and the result was amazing. I only had to use half of the tubes to get the desired effect. My teeth/gums were slightly sensitive whilst using this product but using sensodyne along with it certainly helped. So many people comment on how white my teeth are, I would definitely recommend this site/product to my friends.

Customer Service was great. Great Product. Delivery's were promt. And when the impressions did go wrong, I got a new set FOC within 1 working day.
