I have been using the £99 teeth whitening kit for approx 3 months and although I can see a slight difference I wouldn't say my teeth are 7 shades whiter by any stretch. I also wasn't particularly enamoured with WTW's customer service. Sometimes when you call you reach somebody who can actually help but around 2/3 of my calls were answered by a lady who couldn't tell me anything about my order and said she'd get someone to call me back, which they did, a week later by which time I'd managed to speak to someone else. It also took 5 weeks for my order to arrive, it was xmas but even so, the xmas post should only add a few days, not weeks onto your order time surely....

I have been using the WTW produce for approx 3 months, but only twice a week and i have to say WOW what a difference...... I started using it in preperation for my wedding and i am really pleased with the product, speedy delivery (next day) and the service recived from WTW. I even recommended it to my mmum.PLEASE GIVE IT A GO IT WORKED FOR ME AND MY MUM.

Having used the whitening system under supervision of my dentist with surprisingly excellent results, I decided to continue using opalescence toothpaste as part of my cleaning regime.I wasn't expecting my teeth to improve even more so, after all I am a regular coffee drinker, partial to red wine & (I'm not proud to admit this but...) am a smoker. I would have been content with only mild discolouration BUT......how wrong I was! My teeth continue to be whiter than what they were after the gel treatment. AMAZING! Even my dentist was impressed & is recommending the toothpaste to other clients. My advice......keep using the toothpaste - it's not cheap but worth every penny.Many standard brand products take much longer to deliver the results, if indeed there are any & would prove to be MUCH MORE costly. Also, be patient. It's harder for us to see our own progress when checking on a daily basis. It's when others notice the vast improvement that the effort becomes so worthwhile. Finally, the service here is superb...so prompt & efficient. I only use Whiter Than White!

It has taken a few weeks to get near the results I was looking for, but it does really work! I expect it is very dependent on the discolouration of your teeth before using. The service was the best I have had on any internet website. Nothing was too much for the team here. I was even sent another kit after the first impression was not good enough. They don't take short cuts if your impressions are not good enough. My dentist said I had saved myself £175 when I went for a checkup last week. Perhaps he was a little worried?

After using the 2-step product for over a month, carefully following all instructions and advice (not drinking tea, wine etc) my teeth do not look any different. Whilst the moulds were in my mouth with the gel, they looked whiter, but that appeared to be temporary as after a few hours they were back to normal. I have now used all the (strong) gel and can see no differenct whatsoever. I do not have tetracycline staining, so I am very annoyed that I have wasted my money on this product. Have it done at the dentist instead, you get what you pay for. Very disappointing
