Product itself 'does what it says on the tin' and seems to be identical to the process and components used by dentist for much higher fees.

The service offered by WTW is excellent and professional and I continually recommend to anyone considering this type of teeth whitening.

My first attempt at taking the impression went wrong (due to the putty sticking like glue to my granite worktop) so after a short email to WTW replacement putty and tray were received in the post days later at no additional fee - thats good customer service.

My only criticism would be the excessive amount of packaging received. The large boxes with plastic inserts could be reduced to something more efficient, eye pleasing and easily recycled

Whiter than White have been excellent - dispatching items really quickly, informing you items are on the way and and very kindly resending impression kit when moulds weren't good enough. Thanks whiter than white - you are ace! Looking forward to seeing whiter teeth soon.

I tried whiter than white earlier this year and have found the results just perfect. I was quoted a high price from the dentist and then a further quote for some fillings on the front of my top teeth as they would have to be replaced - I was looking at about £600! I found whiter than white on the internet and felt I had nothing to lose. My teeth were quite yellow and now they are restored to a healthy natural white.

As I had control over how white I wanted them I have not had to have the fillings on the front of my teeth replaced.

It took a little while to see results at first and I have since topped up with a further tube - it is fantastic and I wish I had done this years ago.

Customer service is excellent and it is great to know I can easily top up my teeth whenever I like.

The product is very good, I had very yellow teeth and had to do something about it so I went for WTW. The results were visible within a few days but it was a gradual process as they describe it. After using a few of the gel tubes in a few weeks I was happy with the result and stopped it however it's been 2 months since then and I'm already starting to notice that my teeth are not as white now even though I brush my teeth after every meal especially if it has colourants and have been drinking my tea and coffee through a straw to prevent staining all this time!

So it is a great product and you WILL see results but as they say it also depends on the natural shade of your teeth, mine never looked as white as some of the smiles you see on TV but they still looked naturally clean, I also discovered that my 2 year old doesn't have fully white teeth so I guessed pearly white teeth wasn't in my genes!

Really good product, expensive but works!
