Disgusting stuff

Purchased the 20% strength. The product tastes disgusting. I don't think I'll manage to complete the course because I dread the thought of putting the stuff in my mouth each time. When it gets on your tongue, its even worse. If I swallow any, I am burping for the next couple of hours. A waste of money. The stuff my dentist supplies is double the price, but double the product. Not unpleasant to use with hardly any after taste and you notice results after only 3 days, which I definitely have not after using Whiter than White. It's a shame you only publish the complimentary reviews on your website.

We are very sorry that you were not completely satisfied
with our product. A lot of customers comment on how much they enjoy the mint flavour
of the gels; however it does depend on an individual’s personal taste.
If you are using boil and bite trays you should consider
purchasing some custom fit trays as these do not allow as much gel to spill out.The boil and bite trays make a mould of your teeth but do not leave any room
for the bleach. So when you put the bleach in the tray and then put it in
your mouth the bleach will just be pushed out of the tray.
It does sound as though you are using slightly too much gel. The gel
should not spill out of the tray onto your tongue and the gel should not be
spilling out of the trays enough for you to swallow.
The speed of the whitening process depends on how stained
your teeth are, lifestyle and how white your teeth were originally. Don't
forget that your teeth became stained gradually, over your lifetime, so don't
expect miracles immediately. Make sure the 20% gel is being used for the 40
minutes twice a day, as instructed.
If there is anything we can do to change your mind about our
product, please let us know. You may find the 11% gel better suited to you if you wish to wear it overnight. We would be happy for you to swap the 20% gels for 11%.

I had some whitening plates made by my dentist which cost £300. They were good but the process took three weeks from making the mould to getting the plates. Sadly the dog ate the plates so I had to get some more. I tried WTW with some reservation, how could they get the correct fit etc etc. To my amazement they fitted better than the ones made by the dentist, the moulds were posted on Friday and I received them the following Tuesday!!! and best of all it was a fraction of the cost. This is a reliable and trustworthy company and I have recommended them to all my friends. Thank you
