The small print
By using our products you agree the following and accept that:
You are at least 18 years of age.
You have consulted your dentist and they have given you their approval of whitening your teeth.
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding you will not use our products without the approval of a dentist.
Employees and staff of Whiter Than White are not dentists.
You have no loose veneers , bridgework or loose crowns or if you do you understand that these will not whiten.
You have no loose or decayed teeth and are not suffering from gum disease (periodontal disease).
While using our tooth whitening products, and for at least an hour after each session, you must not smoke or drink red wine, tea, coffee, or any other food or drink containing food colouring. You should avoid these, and any other dark food or drink, during the entire whitening process, and for 48 hours after the end of treatment.
Carbamide peroxide use may cause temporary tooth sensitivity and gum irritation.
If you have problems while you are using our products you should stop using them at once and seek a dentist's advice. Your dentist should have agreed to your whitening your teeth.
You are not allergic to peppermint oil; sodium saccharin, FCC; Dequest 2010; propylene glycol, USP; carbopol 980, NF; kosher glycerine, USP; urea (carbamide) peroxide, USP; tris ultrapure, milled.
As a precaution, you should have someone else in the house when you take an impression.
Carbamide peroxide should be used only under the supervision of a dentist.
Whitening products will not whiten crowns, veneers, bridges, fillings, or other dental work.
We use cookies on our website. A cookie is a string of letters and numbers that identifies such items as your unique login, username, and password.
This helps us run our site smoothly. We don't use cookies for any other reason. The advantage to you is that you needn't key in all that stuff every time you visit us.
We cannot be held liable for any damage occured whilst playing any sport whilst wearing our gumshields.
Returns
Returns of impressions are free in the UK (just use the prepaid envelope). Outside the UK please attach the appropriate postage.
Refunds
We will only refund the Whiter Than White Two Step tooth whitening system.
The one step tooth whitening kit is non refundable as we recommend for best results you use the two step system.
All other products will only be refunded if they remain in their original sealed packaging and the outer box is in good condition. Therefore please take care to bubble wrap your return package.
